How to get your website on google?

how to get your website on googleHow to get your website on google? – Well this post is kind of a trick question. Most local SEO Guru’s (or non-guru’s) will tell you in order to get a newly registered website indexed by google you must build some initial links to your website. Either links from social bookmarks, or some social networks – some sort of link from an established site, so the Google spiders will find your site and index it.

Well this is true and not-true. What has been determined from some tests (and it makes sense when you think about it) is that for .coms and .orgs (at least this is what I have found) – there is no need to build links to your site for .coms and .orgs (probably .nets as well).

What I believe is that google knows when a .com, .org, or .net is registered (they are tracking this) and they will come and spider the site after the site is live some kind of way.

Well I thought this would be a nice post to get some feedback on. Don’t take my word SEO guru’s on How to get your website on google – go test it and then come back and let me know what you find out.

And let me clear – I am not saying not to build links to your site, yes you will need to build links to your site for ranking purpose, I am just saying that it’s not required for indexing purpose if you have a .com and .org (possibly even .net but I didn’t test .net).

Leave me your feedback on How to get your website on google!

I know this goes against every other post you see on “How to get your website on google?” but don’t take it from me test it for yourself.
